Breast Cancer Awareness Initiatives

In honour of breast cancer awareness, we have our annual Pink Game. During the game, we raise funds for the incredible work being done by the Canadian Cancer Society regarding breast cancer. We ask for a minimum donation of $10 in exchange for a pair of beautiful pink mittens. In past years, we've raised as much as $10,000.

This year our incredible Offensive Line players are grew their hair out in preparation for our big hair cutting event on October 12th, 2017. Some players cut their hair and some shaved their heads completely. Our Offensive coach Mike MacDonald also committed to the cause as a two-time cancer survivor himself.

In 2017, the Offensive Line raised over $7,000 and the Football Advancement Team raised $2,400 using the pink wall and pink mittens. We hope to raise even more money for breast cancer next year and we hope you will support our efforts.
